Baltimore Polish Festival at Patterson Park

Umm, the Polish flag is one white stripe and one red stripe. It was harder to find non-Waldo's at the park this weekend. Here's a few highlights (including a polka band rockin' out in a Waldo uniform!).

Well, it's finally happened. The dreary, gray winter finally subsided, and spring is burgeoning in beautiful swathes of red and white. At least, that was the case for JS about a week ago.





















In some cultures, dressing like this in front of your kid is child abuse. Fortunately, this isn't one of them.

Seriously...where's Waldo?

It got cold out, and I guess that means all the hot Waldo action is now buried deep beneath sweaters and coats and scarves.

Last weekend, I went to New Orleans and thought for sure I'd see one. It was, after all, supposed to be in the mid-50s. Mother Nature said, "No dice," and an Arctic blast ruined that sweet, sweet dream. I did, however, see just the edge of a beautiful red and white-striped shirt as it peeked out scandalously from beneath a pea coat. I felt aroused the way a man on the beach in 19th century felt when he saw women's ankles in broad daylight for the very first time. Yeah, I'm sick.

Some seriously late additions. My bad. (Maybe I was not-so-secretly pissy that I didn't get to go to Beer and Bacon at Clipper City Brewing on TLAPD. Maybe.)

Dunno what it is about pirates and the Waldo print, but apparently it's a thing. In addition to pimpin' pirate gear, this cute Waldo (Walda?) is rockin' a golden Jolly Roger. Pretty sweet.

Then JS headed back to the 'hood, where she spotted a mommy Waldo. And, could it be, Anderson Cooper?
